Kit's eyes

In some pictures Kit (the doll), her eyes look blue-green, and in other pictures they look blue. Did they change Kit's eye color at some point? A pre-mattel/mattel thing?

Kit's eyes have not changed at all. The reason that you see them Blue/green in pictures is the light! The light that reflects from Kit's eyes! make them blue green! I know that in Jeanette's albums, Kit's eyes look aqua!!!!!!!!!!!! Hope this helped!

Thanks, that did help! Kit's on my doll's wishlist, but I love the pictures I've seen where they look blue green, and if they had released her with those eyes at some point, I'd have to be looking on ebay.

Now I just have to decide whether I want Kit, Nellie, or Marisol first...

There isn't a PM Kit in existence since she came out in 2000 after Mattel had taken over AG.

Kit's eyes are the same color as Nellie's. They are darker than Lindsey's and Kirsten's, which does make them seem as though they have a little green tint to them.

One of the first things I noticed about Kit when I opened her Christmas morning was those gorgeous blue eyes! I can honestly say it was love at first site for me and she continues to be one of my favorites. (Just dont' tell the other girls. [img]graemlins/angel.gif[/img] )
